Returns & Exchanges

Customer must inform Cards and More by HB of issues or problem with product within seven days of receipt in order to receive either a refund or a replacement item equal to product purchased.

Custom Orders

Custom orders placed will be filled and shipped, barring any supply shortages, within 5 business days unless the order is of a large quantity. Specific timing of shipment will be provided to customer at time order is placed.
